What You'll Do

In this role, you'll serve as a vital link between customers, sales, and operations by:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Preparing, sending, and following up on customer quotes
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Resolving order, pricing, and shipment-related issues
• Maintaining customer information within the ERP system
• Assisting with product information and pricing updates
• Completing invoicing and communicating shipping details to customers

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of inside sales support, customer service, order entry, or related experience
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred
• Strong computer and basic math skills
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
